Group Meditation & Retreats
It is a guided, meditative, and relaxed experience of opening your heart center, connecting your inner being with the Source. In each guided meditative ceremony, we assist you to find balance through techniques of visualizations, energy healing techniques, and sound healing.

This retreat is designed as a deliberate withdrawal from the intensity of daily life, offering an opportunity to rediscover a simpler way of being.
Here, nature is not just a backdrop; it is an essential partner in your practice. Surrounded by ancient old-growth forests, a private lake, thriving wildlife, and vast open skies, you will find a supportive environment that mirrors the internal spaciousness we seek to cultivate. Together, we will step into the quietude and stillness and reconnect with our beingness.
Practicing the Art of Mindfulness
This retreat is more than a quiet getaway; it is a guided journey into the transformative and vast practice of mindfulness. Whether you are a long-time meditation practitioner or stepping into silence for the first time, you will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen your innate capacity for presence. You’ll learn practical tools to gently gather your attention and settle into awareness.
From this centered state, you'll learn how to kindly observe your unfolding experience—body, mind, and heart—while nurturing insight, wisdom and other wholesome states of being, one mindful moment at a time.
Our Journey of BEing Together
Each day begins with conscious breathwork, a foundational practice to ground your nervous system and release tension. At this altitude, your breath becomes a powerful anchor, helping your body and mind settle into silence with ease.
Here, we will transition seamlessly into extended practice sessions, including seated, standing, and walking meditation, as well as mindful movement. These sessions—some guided and others silent—are supported by the natural stillness of our environment, allowing you to cultivate embodied presence and a heartfelt sense of connectedness.

A month-long sanctuary of rest, nature, and inner connection
I want to share something very close to my heart with you: this September, I'm opening a month-long sanctuary on the Sunshine Coast—a place surrounded by forest and ocean, designed for those who are ready to step away from the noise of daily life and return to themselves.
This is not a traditional retreat. There is no busy schedule. No pressure to participate. No expectation to “do” anything.
Instead, this is a soft, supportive space where you are invited to slow down, rest, and reconnect in your own rhythm.
This retreat is for those who believe in the power of community—a space where you can be part of something meaningful without any pressure. We foster an environment where connection flows naturally, allowing you to engage at your own pace.

Each day offers gentle anchors you may step into if you feel called:

This is also a space where your gifts are welcome.
If you feel the desire to share—whether through yoga, music, voice, or presence—you will be held in a safe, loving, and grounded environment. This is only an invitation.
All meals are vegetarian, lovingly prepared to nourish both body and mind. You are welcome to join in the preparation if you feel called, and you're also welcome to bring your favorite snacks.
You are free to stay for as many days as you feel called. This experience is designed to meet you where you are.
This is about remembering to live in community.
It is about creating space for what naturally wants to arise within you.
Note:
– On Mondays and Tuesdays, you are free to follow your own rhythm and explore the area, rest, or reflect as you wish. Activities will run from Wednesday to Sunday.
