Breathwork Session

Service Description

Healing through Breathwork is the habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts, improving your physical (releasing toxins from your body, helping chronic pain, improving sleep, helping digestion process), mental health (increasing self-awareness, allowing emotional wounds to heal, decreasing addictive behaviors, better mental focus), and soul (experiencing a soulful awakening, releasing blockages, connecting with your higher power and your highest self). The tools to train the mind and body are offered in this session, as and soul to live a healthy, happy, and purposeful life. Through a Breathwork Meditation session, you will tap into the great power that is within everyone. Individual and group sessions are available. $99 + GST ($103.95) For new clients, a 50% payment including GST($52) is required at least 24 hours before the appointment. You can make the payment via e-transfer to oceanbodymassage@gmail.com , or alternatively, you can call us to pay by credit card or link.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations contact us by phone or e-mail at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged (50% of service booked). Prices do not include 5% GST. For new clients, a 50% (+5%GST) payment is required at least 24h before the appointment. It can be done by etransfer ( to oceanbodymassage@gmail.com ) or credit card ( give us a call).
